Flourish appoint Screwfix’s Rob Manley as Technical Director to strengthen leadership team

Bristol based independent CRM agency Flourish have added a key role to their senior leadership team in the UK, to help strengthen capabilities and future-proof their offering to commercial clients.

The latest addition to the Flourish team is Rob Manley, formerly of Screwfix and Clarks, who has been appointed as Technical Director to lead the way for the delivery of CRM programmes across Flourish’s client portfolio.

Manley brings experience of large scale CRM and loyalty programmes including complex CRM platform migrations, as well as technical campaign deliveries and optimisation of customer journeys from his time ‘client-side’ at both Screwfix and Clarks.

The experience and knowledge that Manley brings to the team comes at a pivotal time of growth for Flourish, as they take on new clients and CRM challenges in 2023. His responsibilities will include overseeing the adoption and development of CRM optimisation for clients across a range of sectors and platforms, whilst also leading the way for maximising ROI from multichannel CRM programmes and strategic opportunities for clients.
