Since 2011, a significant part of our proposition has been our approach of embedding agency expertise – typically Account Managers or Technical Campaign Managers – directly within client teams. It means we’re in the thick of it, offering hands-on support for successful CRM deployment, maximising our ability to add value every step of the way.

 

We aim to ‘plug the gaps’ between marketing strategies and customer marketing activity by creating, enabling and optimising CRM. This involves managing and developing campaigns day-to-day. We deliver muti-channel campaigns, blending our offline and digital communication experience with a special focus on email marketing.

We’re flexible in how we work. We offer the classic agency model, or a ‘hybrid’ approach where we become part of your team. If you just need a little extra help, our experts can step in on a part-time basis (Fractional CRM). And if you have a bigger, longer-term project, we can embed a full-time technical campaign manager to help steer the ship.
