Turning interest for the Galaxy S26 into intent

The challenge

Ahead of the Galaxy S26 launch, Samsung needed to build real momentum, not just awareness. The pressure was on to capture intent early, qualify high-value audiences and turn curiosity into measurable pre-order demand across multiple markets and channels.

Our Approach

We built a structured CRM plan around the handraiser phase, designed to do three things simply and effectively.

First, we used interactive polls across email and WhatsApp to understand what people actually cared about, not to confirm what we assumed.

Then we removed friction from sign-up, introducing single-click Fast Feedback modules and clear paths for recipients to complete the full form.

Finally, we connected everything. Email, push, SMS and WhatsApp worked as one system, with retargeting based on real responses, not guesswork.

Along the way, we tailored messaging by audience. Gen Z saw privacy and AI-led stories, while existing flagship users got performance and camera-led comms.

The Impact

The numbers told a clear story:

More importantly, Samsung didn’t just collect leads. We helped them build a qualified, segmented audience ready for conversion before pre-orders even opened.

Real-World Takeaway

Early demand doesn’t come from shouting louder – it comes from making it easier for people to raise their hand.
